Colin, T'Pol already did this...see "Favourite Show." You were the last one to post on it, BTW.

Are you talking about favorite series, or favorite Theme song to the series. I have mentioned favorite series, but when it comes to the song, I also say TNG. Whenever I think "startrek" and music, I think of the TNG/Star Trek 1 and 5 theme because of its adventurous melody.

In that case, my vote goes to TOS! Goldsmith can sit next to Alexander Courage, but not in front of him!

I voted for the Voyager theme music. DS9 second, TNG third.
I had a problem with the Enterprise theme music in the beginning, but now I have gotten used to it, and I think that it fits the series perfectly. I just didn't think that it came up to scratch, after the others.

TOS beats the others by a mile. The others are fine but they just don't inspire like the Classic theme. I also have grown to appreciate the Enterprise theme once I got used to the vocal.

As much as I am a die hard TOS fan, I voted for TNG because that screaming opera singer in TOS's theme was really, really annoying. (IMHO)

The version used on "The Corbomite Maneuver" I believe used a heavily reverbed organ. May have been "Where No Man..." I'm not sure. Later versions sounds like a cello along with horns. TOS all the way! ;D
