Yeah, I know it might end up being a "Yesterday's News" thing after all the Harry potter movies come out, but is there anyone out there who does like the movies. I havn't read the books, but I have seen both of the Harry potter movies, Chamber of Secrets today. I actually do like these movies as good solid entertainment, even though I think the whole things is kind of overrated. I espessically like the girl and the kid (Malfroid) who seems to be a villin.
I do have two questions to those who do like the series. The first, you know the game in which they play at hogwarts in which you get this ball through rings for points, or you catch this fly. I would like to know, what is the point of the game, if the only goal is to catch the fly? Also, does anyone know what the titles to the other books of the series are.

I'll answer what I can.The two other books are "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" and "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire".The bad guy's name is Malfoy.
As for Quidditch, while the game ends when the snitch is caught and a number of points (50?) is added to the score, it is still possible for a team to lose even though their seeker catches the snitch.
I recommend the books even though they are marketed as children's literature. They are even better than the movies.

I can't say I know much about the Potter saga, but I could turn my daughter loose on this one...I think she's read all the books, at least three for sure. Hope they get production started on the next one soon, before Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint get too old. There's also the problem of replacing the late Richard Harris as the headmaster...names such as James Cromwell and Sean Connery have been tossed around already.

I think Cromwell would be better suited for that role than Mr. Connery. He is way to sexy for Hogwarts lol. I have enjoyed the Harry Potter movie I have seen and I have not seen the other one yet, but do plan on seeing it at some time. Must see Nemesis first....... Must

If you haven't read the books, you need too, and then go see the movie again. Chamber of secrets the movie follows the book very well. After reading the 4th installment, I place Goblet of Fire at a level above Children's Literature. It was just great! (I'm 39 with kids at home BTW) Oh, and in Quiddich, when the seeker (Harry for the Griffendor team, Malfoy for Slytherin) catches the snitch, it's150 points and the end of the game! You should try playing this in the Chamber of Secrets game. Connery as Dumbledore? no. Can't see it happening. Too big of a personality to play second fiddle to the kids. Cromwell, yeah, I could see that.

Yes, I am a Harry Potter Fan (I'm 19) and so is My Uncle, who is 34. I plan on going to see HP COS at the theaters this weekend.
I also recommend you read the books because they explain what and why the things in the movie are going on.
